Your Xceed365 account is secured by a username and password combination. In some cases, if your administrator has enabled it, you may also be required to supply additional log in parameters which may be a token sent to your phone. If you have entered your username and password correctly, you should be able to log in except in the following cases:

  • You have entered up to 5 wrong passwords.
To protect your account, Xceed365 locks the account and only your administrator can unlock the account for you. You will also receive a new auto-generated password which you must change at first logon.

If you are certain that your username and password combination are correct, then follow these steps to resolve this issue.

Step 1. Contact your organization administrator and ask for an account reset. You will receive a new auto-generated password.

Step 2. Log into your account using the auto-generated password and change your password immediately.

Remember that passwords are case sensitive. Use a password that is at least 6 characters in length and must have an upper case letter, a number and a symbol. The more complex your password, the more secure your account would be.

If you cannot remember your password, you could use the password reset feature to get back into your account.
