ACTION:

1. Create | Delete a worksheet

2. Update a workstream (Edit and deleting a workstream)

3. Submit a timesheet on a daily or weekly basis

4. Reset a timesheet

5. Recall a submitted timesheet.


STEP 1

Launch Xceed365 Portal using the URL. Portal.xceed365.com

Click on Sign in



STEP 2

Enter log in Details Input Parameters: Username and Password)

Click on Sign in to Proceed;

XCEED HOME PAGE:  This is landing page for all users

Click on Work life



STEP FOUR

Click on Timesheet   


STEP FIVE

Creating a New Timesheet

Click on Add, to add a new timesheet (weekly)


Create a new time sheet by providing an end date and description for the time sheet, save to commit entry.


NB: Saving this page creates a weekly time sheet for the period stipulated.

STEP SIX

Deleting a Created Time Sheet

Click on Delete to discard an existing time sheet permanently


Confirm the action to save changes.

STEP SEVEN

Adding a new activity

Go to the unprocessed grid


STEP EIGHT

Mouse over the created time sheet and click on ‘Go to work stream’


STEP NINE

Click on ‘add new activity’


NB: On creating a weekly time sheet, the system provides seven separate work sheets for seven week days to enable employees to plan their work hours daily.


Complete the work activity correspondingly and save to commit entry.


STEP TEN

Editing a Worksheet

Click on the Edit icon to edit an existing record.



Edit the record and save to commit changes.


STEP ELEVEN

Deleting a Work sheet

Click on the Delete icon to delete an existing record


Click on Yes to confirm the action


STEP TWELVE

To Submit Work Sheet for Approval (Daily)

Go to unprocessed grid


STEP THIRTEEN

Mouse over the created time sheet and click on ‘Go to work stream’


STEP FOURTEEN

Click on the ‘ three dot icon


STEP FIFTEEN

Click on “Submit for approval” to submit a daily time sheet


To submit a weekly time sheet, click on the back icon and return to the previous page.

STEP SIXTEEN

To Submit Work Sheet for Approval (Weekly)

Go to the unprocessed grid


STEP SEVENTEEN

Click on Submit icon to submit weekly time sheet.


Click Yes to confirm you action and the record goes through workflow (if any is set for this process) otherwise it’s approved automatically.

STEP EIGHTEEN

Resetting a time sheet

Go to unprocessed grid


STEP NINETEEN

Mouse over the created time sheet and click on ‘Reset’


Click on Ok to confirm the reset request

STEP TWENTY

Recalling a Time sheet

Go to unprocessed grid


STEP TWENTY- ONE

Mouse over a submitted time sheet and click on ‘Recall’


Click on OK to confirm the recall request

NB: On Recalling, the system opens up the record for an employee to make revisions before making a final submission.
