Launch Xceed365 Portal using the URL. Portal.xceed365.com

Click on the Nine-box icon on the top left-hand corner: This will navigate the user to the admin menu page.




STEP FOUR

Click on Workforce – Employee profile



STEP FIVE

Click on Hr-Transactions


 

STEP SIX

Click on Promotion

The system brings up the current grade and a group of the employee when the admin- user selects the person to promote, complete the form and save to commit changes.


STEP EIGHT

Mouse over the logged promotion record to expose the action buttons, Check the record and click on Submit

Confirm the submit action by clicking Ok.
