STEP ONE

Log into Xceed365 https://portal.xceed365.com with your username and password.

This takes you to the ‘home page’ as displayed below

STEP TWO

Xceed365 Home Page: This is the Xceed365 Landing Page where non-admin user can update their personal information.From the homepage, there are 13 Employee Information tabs namely: 

  1. Profile Picture
  2. Personal Information
  3. Contact
  4. Identification
  5. Payment
  6. Work History
  7. Educational History
  8. Professional Qualifications
  9. Dependents
  10. Beneficiaries
  11. Personal Referees
  12. Family
  13. Guarantors.

Please start with your profile picture (item 1) if it needs to be updated/uploaded

For items 1-5; Profile Picture, Personal Information, Contact, Identification and Payment, follow the below steps

STEP THREE

Click on desired employee information tab you wish to update. Click on Edit button to update Existing records.


STEP FOUR

Fill in the required fields with the appropriate information and Click Save


STEP FIVE

Click on the View Awaiting Approvalbutton to view updated record pending approval.

Click on Delete button to discard an updated record yet to be approved. 


For items 6-13; Work History, Educational History, Professional Qualifications, Dependants, Beneficiaries, Personal referees, family and Guarantors, follow the below steps.

STEP SIX

Click on desired tab you wish to update. Click on Add button to create new record


STEP SEVEN

Fill in the required fields with the appropriate information and Click Save.


STEP EIGHT

Click on the Approved/Awaitingtoggle button to switch tabs on approved or awaiting records


STEP NINE

To edit/modify approved record, Place cursor on the desired record and click on Edit button to update Existing records. 


STEP TENTo view approved/awaiting record, Place cursor on the desired record and click on the View button 


NB: Please note that all changes/updates/new records will only reflect on your data after it has been approved by the appropriate personnel
